BNA Corporate Practice Library

Bloomberg is noted for its high quality news, but it also produces excellent commentary organized according to practice areas. Note under the Corporate Law/M & A tab, the Deal Maker Resources and the Corporate Law Reports - in addition to relevant statutory and case law.
You should add tab to organize your materials by jurisdiction (Hawai'i for example) or by topic (Corporate or General Business). Commentary is organized under Analysis, Law Reviews and Journals. Primary law is organized under Statutes or Cases depending on what you seek. See the news section for current awareness.

You should add tabs to organize material on Westlaw according to topic (Business Law Practitioner) or by jurisdiction (Hawaii or 9th Circuit). Within each tab, commentary can be found under Practice Guides. Primary law can be found under statutes and cases respectfully.
Hawaii has adopted both the Model Corporation Act of 1984 (chapter 415 in Title 23) and the Uniform Limited Partnership Act (chapter 423 in Title 23) . Both can be found in the Revised Statutes of the State of Hawaii. Delaware does not follow the MCA or ULLA; however, it is the most popular jurisdiction to form business entities.
