  The Final Conclusion concisely and precisely answers the client's question in the first sentence.

 

  The Final Conclusion explains the answer precisely and concisely.

 

  The Final Conclusion avoids an unnecessary retread of the longer application of the elements and/or factors from the Discussion.

 

  The Final Conclusion finishes with a thus/therefore statement that precisely and concisely states the implication of the answer to the client's question and effectively bookends the conclusion.

 

  The Final Conclusion does not include Bluebook citations.
