Executive Orders

White House Presidential Actions :  Official website for the President's Executive Orders.

Federal Register:  Access to all Executive Orders issued since 1937.

The Brookings Center on Regulation and Markets Regulatory Tracker:  The Brookings RegTracker focuses on major regulatory changes implemented under the current Trump administration. Access Biden and Trump 1 changes by clicking through the “Biden” or “Trump Term 1” archive checkboxes, respectively.

Applied Policy Executive Order Tracker: Tracks EOs with implications for the healthcare sector.

Sabin Climate Backtracker:  Provided through Columbia Law and Climate Schools, it identifies steps taken by the Trump-Vance administration that affect federal climate mitigation and adaptation measures. The tracker is linked to their database of climate change regulations, related news, and two previous climate regulation trackers: the Climate Deregulation Tracker covering the first Trump administration and the Climate Reregulation Tracker covering the Biden administration. 

American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA):  AILA tracks select changes to immigration-related regulations and policy that have been proposed or promulgated by the second Trump Administration. 

Constitutional Partners:  Search EOs by category.  This organization also maintains a cabinet tracker.

NBC Executive Order Tracker: Access to a list of EOs in the current Administration.

Akin (law firm):  Tracks EOs by category.

Mayer/Brown (law firm):  Tracks EOs by category and provides legal commentary.
