The Library staff provides reference and research assistance for Law faculty members to support teaching and scholarship. This help ranges from database searching and tracking down esoteric materials to handling in-depth research projects and working with faculty research assistants. The Law Library retains a pool of research assistants who work under the supervision of a reference librarian. The Library Research Assistants are available to undertake faculty projects that may take up to 15 hours of research time. Contact Cory Lenz (corylenz@hawaii.edu) to make arrangements with our pool of research assistants.
Librarians also offer customized sessions on legal research generally, and the use of particular digital resources for classroom or workshops requested by the faculty member. Contact the Vicki Szymczak (vjs777@hawaii.edu) to request assistance with your classes.
