The Basics

Components of the Nebraska Bar Exam (UBE):

The Multistate Bar Examination (MBE) 50%

The Mulitistate Essay Examination (MEE) 30%

The Multistate Performance Test (MPT) 20%

Reciprocity:

Nebraska is a UBE jurisdiction and excepts UBE scores up to 3 years old. In addition, Nebraska allows attorneys from any U.S. jurisdiction to be admitted to their bar if, among other things, the attorney has actively and substantially engaged in the practice of law for at least three of the five years immediately preceding their application for admission.
