Reciprocity:

Pennsylvania considers the following jurisdictions reciprocal and an attorney may be admitted on motion if, among other things, the attorney has devoted a major portion of their time and energy to the practice of law for at least five of the seven years immediately preceding the filing of their application:

Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virgin Islands, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming.
